Vegas Clubs Guestlist vs Presale vs Bottle Service vs General Admission

Getting on the Guest List of Vegas CLubs

If you are a woman or a group of women (provided you follow your chosen club’s dress code and any other of its guidelines for entry) you can try to get on the free (or for a reduced price) guest lists to any major Vegas clubs.   You can either contact the club directly and/or find a reputable host (someone who works at the club or someone who has a third-party business relationship with the club); finding a reputable third-party host is the tricky part and you are advised to do your own research and then verify any recommendations you may have read/heard about them.

Presale Tickets for Vegas Clubs

If you are a guy or a group of guys, unless you qualify for any other ‘special group’ such as ‘high-rollers’ or ‘VIP’, it’ll be much harder to get on the guestlist.  In this case, unless you have reliable contacts at the club, your best bet is to buy presale tickets; this will guarantee you admission (sure you read the rules that are written on the ticket) as well as a faster line than Guestlist or General Admission (arrive early if you want to skip the line up).     Moreover, you are never going to find a ticket at a cheaper price at the door (unless you are connected with a promoter).  Buying a presale ticket online will usually guarantee you a separate line and a waiting time of no longer than 15 minutes when general admission may be up to 45 minutes.

If you are a couple, you can try to get in free through the promoters guestlist (woman) and buy presale (guy).  Going alone?  Check our Vegas Solo page.

General Admission at Vegas clubs

For this all you need to do is is show up at the club when it’s open.  However, you run the risk of paying more at the door (unless you are ‘connected’ to the promoters or are a particularly stunning woman – beware there are plenty of them in Vegas) and of course you are going to be placed on the longest line up.  Some try to ‘grease’ (tip) the doorman but, just like the 20-dollar-trick, it’s frowned upon you may get nowhere.

VIP Passes for Vegas Clubs

They’re very common; they’re often handed out on the Strip and, in this case, you’ll find yourself at the G.A. line up; check the source of the VIP pass before relying on it and, above all, don’t pay any money for those, since they are often handed out completely free of charge in Vegas.  A real ‘VIP’ is often on the club’s (or promoters’s) guest list (at the very least!).

Tip:  high-traffic nights such as Labor Day Weekend and Memorial Day Weekend are often sold out.

Bottle Service at Vegas clubs

Often regarded as the best option for those seeking a VIP experience & comfortable seating.  We talk about this on our bottle service in Vegas page.
