Best Way to Book Vegas Flights and Hotels
Book Vegas Flights Hotels: which way is best (package or separately) and which website are best for either options. I decided to update this topic because I have been asked several times recently, so I hope that, by writing the answer here, many of you will make use of it.
If you cannot spend too much time by a computer sifting through options online, a good, reliable hotel + flight package online site for Las Vegas is vegas.com. I just tried it now and I found a good deal with Cosmopolitan, which is an excellent resort in an excellent location (of course the deals vary according to the specific dates you choose). Vegas.com has a flight + hotel tab and, once you go through it, it allows you to choose the room type as well.
If you do not receive hotel offers directly from Vegas resorts (which often are the best deals), the above could be a good option. One important aspect to consider, however, is this: if you bundle hotel and flights sometimes you may be stuck with not having free cancellations. On the other hand, any Vegas hotel reservation will offer free cancellation up to (generally) 72 hours prior to your arrival date, which is a great deal. (Of course double check the cancellation policy when you are about to book the Vegas hotel of your choice or after booking, since you will receive a confirmation by email with all the details. If you cancel within those parameters you will receive a full refund. More on best ways to book Vegas flights hotels:
alternatively, if you want to book hotel and flight separately (I always do this), then you have many more choices of course. If you cannot spend much time by a computer then a website like smartervegas.com can be a good option. Once there, click on the hotel you want and see what offers they run, or simply digit the dates and see what offers are available for that period. smartervegas.com often offers added value options such as free buffets or free shows or free upgrades. Having said this, smartervegas.com not always offers free cancellation so be very careful about booking with them unless you are certain you will not need to cancel (always check the fine print).
As per flights, I often use skyscanner.com. If you have a voucher or a discount code from a specific airline, of course you may want to book directly online from that airline’s website. See below for more details:
